Got new HDD, clean install windows

And the internet didn't work because I had no drivers. I have my old HDD on right now and am creating System Restore Disc Via Toshiba, but I really wish there was a way to do this much more efficiently and with less hassle.

Is there something I can do to just fix up the internet via usb and then patch up all the drivers 1 by 1?

Even better is there a group of drivers that will make everything decent enough for me to start optimizing.

Furthermore when i set up the HDD it gave no option for me to partition it but I want to semi short stroke it (create a very small 60-70 GB portion for Windows and rest for Data) how would I do this
