I'm looking to put together a new media pc and was looking for some recommendations on what I should get to accomplish what I'm looking to get out of it. I'm not new to building computers but I am new to building for this purpose. I mainly need some input on motherboards, APUs, cases and PSUs that will perform the way I want them to. Will be connected to a network so massive storage isn't a concern.

This build should excel at:
- Streaming 1080 internet video
- Playing classic games as well as some modern games. Mainly couch co op games on Steam and Indie games.
- Running a front end like Steam big picture or XMBC (recommendations for front ends welcome)
- Running Windows 7
- Mother board doesn't need wifi, but is a plus. Should have Bluetooth or whatever is needed for some sort of remote control peripheral.
-Blueray optical drive
- the smaller the better (provided the performance is there) so Mini is preferred.

A few specific questions:
I'm not 100% sure what kind of power a system like this would pull. Would a PSU included with a case suffice?

Anybody use TV tuners? Not exactly sure what the value of them is.

Thanks in advance for your input!

EDIT: Almost forgot. Budget is under $600 not including OS.

TV Tuner cards are really just a dying thing, as the internet has so many websites that stream tv live. As for bluetooth, you could probably buy a usb bluetooth adaptor on the cheap at a local computer store. The pc i made for you has lots of features, a decent speed harddrive, the mobo has high quality onboard audio, so you will have crisp sound without having to buy a sound card because the mobo was designed for it. The case is smooth and clean. The psu has more than enough wattage and can handle a low-mid ranged graphics card if you decide to get more into gaming.
