Can a 420W psu (built into case) hand a hd 7750

Hi i have a coolermaster rc-334 and its psu is 420W would it handle a hd 7750 fine? I don't have enough money to get a new psu but i can only afford a gpu

specs:
Amd a6-5400k
Asrock fm2a75pro 4 mobo
4gb 1600mhz ram

Yea..it'll run Your Gpu and your PC, but it running in DANGER condition, weak +V12 rail,spike and ripple will Kill your Gpu slowly(sometimes instanly)..i recomend you to buy PSU from Trusted brand..and for your rig, 450W with single rail +V12 is good to Go

Yes, 7750's/a6-5400k really don't consume much power
