What's your purpose/budget, also if you plan on upgrading to what you suggested, definatley get a new PSU

By upgrading all of these items I want to make sure I have a good PC for games. My budget is to stay under $750 AUD but I already have cheap prices for RAM, CPU and GPU. Do I need to upgrade my PSU and what would you recommend for under $150 that is by a good brand and can hold my wanted upgrading needs.

In that case I might buy two Corsair Vengeance RAM Sticks. My H77-D3H that i want to upgrade to can hold 32gb of DDR3 1600mhz-1333mhz in the 240-pin size.
