I was pretending to buy a 2-Way SLI GTX 770 but buying a single GTX 780 would be less pricy. For now I want a single monitor only and I'm trying to choose what is the best solution. Thank You

Solution
for that monitor the gtx770 sli would be better. Gtx780 would be better at higher resolutions such as 2560x1440/1600

Now would a gtx780 be enough? that depends on how you define enough. I consider my gtx670 to be enough for 120hz 3d gaming. It runs most games in high ultra and some in mid-high settings. Your gtx780 should be better in every way than my gtx670, so I would say its enough unless you expect to run EVERY game maxed out and get constant 60-144fps

I'll will be playing 1920x1080
GTX 770 SLI will give me more FPS right while 780 will give me better performance and stability.
What would be your recommendation? In the future maybe I'll SLI 780 when I have money :p

That's not true at all. A pair of 770's in SLI will be just as stable as a single 780 card. And if you grab the Gsync kit for that monitor you will have no input lag, no tearing or stuttering. Your SLI setup will run just as smooth as a single card. ;)
