Internet is working only after changing speed and duplex option

I'm able to use net only after changing the speed and duplex settings of ethernet card everytime after starting the pc.

i have tried changing of modem but nothing useful .It is happening with my PC only.

I don't understand what to do.

Ethernet card is: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller

do it again but run driver fusion to remove any and all driver remnants which could be causing the problem then install the latest driver how i mentioned.

is not just a point of updating driver what i said.

Thanks for your instant msg, I have installed the latest driver of realtek. But still Speed and duplex option I have to select for using internet

Yup done, Ran it ... Installed the latest version ... Now what I have to do more ? Still the same problem

One more thing If i'm installing the latest driver by clicking on repair button then what is the difference between full uninstall or repair.
