Hey all,

I am a student studying how to make video games in Belgium and I currently have 3x 580 1.5gb models pushing 3x 3D Acer monitors in surround and I was thinking would it be worth it to sell them and go for a Titan

+ Less slots used
+ Less heat/watts used
+ No SLI caused stuttering
- More expensive than its worth

Just wanted your take and opinions on the matter

Moving away from your current setup to anything less than a 690 would be a waste unless running into RAM issues.

Plus the 580's are the perfect render card don't get rid of them.

as i an still a student in a very demanding course in my 1st year (4yr course mashed into 3) money isnt something i have a lot of so need to make the right decision :)

will 3gb be enough for 5760 x 1080 in the long run? or jus got for the 6gb
