I am back to pc gaming after a 10 year hiatus. It is good to be back. My question is I have a VisionTek Radeon HD 7850. My problem is I am running at 60 fps on all my games at all settings, no matter if it is low or max. Is this normal? I built my own rig and the specs are: Motherboard: Asus 990fx R 2.0 CPU: fx-6300 oc to 4.2 Ghz. Memory 8 GB corsair 1333Mhz. PSU Corsair 600M. I have my card hooked up by HDMI to a Visio Slim LED 120 Hz. Any thoughts or am I getting the best from this card. It seems that if I run a game on low settings I should get more fps.

Well from a fellow HD 7850 owner (check my sig) the answer is yes ..... good isn't it.

My CPU is worse than yours (Not for long) and I get Ultra settings on Black Ops, 66 fps on Heaven on Ultra setting (720p) and in general I get decent fps on most things.

My issue is my CPU not the 7850 so yes with your FX 6*** and GPU you can expect good fps and if ever you need to overclock the 7850 to a stock 7870 specs for extra performance.

Good luck.
