Solution photonboy Aug 2, 2013 That's odd. Please confirm: 1. USED SPACE and FREE SPACE 2. It is formatted as NTFS? 465GB appears to be the capacity of a formatted 500GB drive with nothing else on it. I'll help further once I get an answer to the above.
