You can clean the registry with CCleaner. The saved games won't do any harm, but if you want to remove them completely, you can manually delete them in your documents folder, in your game manager folder or in your game main folder.

That's a problem with your PC, not with Crysis 3. I play it absolutely smooth and only drops for about 3~4 seconds when it loads a new area.

1) If you're overcolcking, stop doing it.
2) Check if your power supply is enough for your components
3) Check your temperatures: CPU max: 60°C/GPU max: 75°C~80°C
4) Update to latest no-beta drivers.
5) Close any unnecessary background process.
6) Try Crysis 3 on low settings.

There are MANY, inexpensive games that will run great on your hardware (many at 60FPS on highest settings).

Crysis 3 as said is possibly the most demanding game to date for PC. Even Crysis 3 should do okay at 1280x720 and tweaking the quality.

*Try this:
1. Crysis 3 to 1280x720
2. VSYNC is OFF (make sure it's not forced in the NVidia Control Panel as well)
3. all quality settings to LOWEST (including Anti-Aliasing)
4. Run FRAPS and tell us what FRAME RATE you get.

If you get above playable frame rates now, then play with the quality settings until you are happy. My advice is try BOTH of the following to see what you like best:
1) VSYNC is OFF completely and frame rate is between 30FPS and 40FPS
2) Use "Adaptive Half VSYNC" in the NVidia Control Panel for Crysis 3 only (VSYNC at 30FPS). You should FIRST tweak things so it's above 30FPS at least 90% of the time.

**Don't forget the frame rate will VARY considerably between locations.

SUMMARY:
- you have a nice gaming rig for MOST games.
- Crysis 3 can run okay on your rig

Game performance will vary not only between machines but also in the SAME GAME as you've seen, depending on where you look.

Is there an "issue" with your machine? Probably not. You're trying to play a very demanding game.

The problem is you need something REPEATABLE like a benchmark utility or the start of a certain level in Crysis 3 and somebody else with similar specs has the EXACT SAME SETTINGS to compare. You can try looking up benchmarks online but that's difficult as well (the GPU may have used a different CPU to benchmark, or less demanding LEVEL etc.)

*Adaptive Half VSYNC is for synching to HALF the refresh. You say you dropped to "30" (not from 13 I assume). That's what is supposed to happen. It's for people who want to game at 30FPS without screen tearing.

**If you're getting 70FPS on LOW settings, then I'm not sure what the problem is. What are you expecting from such a demanding game? As I said, TWEAK the quality settings until you are at the desired FRAME RATE, and yes that will change. If it drops too low later on then you need to lower the quality settings again.

SUMMARY:
I don't believe there's a problem. You need to TWEAK your quality settings.

Not sure what's going on there honestly.

It's common to have sudden drops with VSYNC ON (it resynchs to HALF the refresh rate to stay synched with the monitor). I'm not certain if FRAPS reports this exactly though.

When VSYNC is OFF then any changes in frame rate should be due simply to how complex that part of the game is to process (even if you just turn slightly).

If you do have an actual issue, I simply don't know what it is. Dropping to "13" really makes no sense, but I've never seen anything quite like this before and I've seen lots of gaming PC's. SORRY.

Everything looks fine.
You score about the same as a laptop with an HD7660G. That's sounds about right to me.

*It appears to be a CRYSIS 3 issue. Nothing else. Here's a similar thread to your issue:
http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=...

My advice is play this game later once you have better hardware or suffer through it now (as a STEAM game you can easily install your account on a new computer in the future without re-downloading the games.). I doubt there is ANYTHING to do unless a software fix solves the problem. I had no issues but I only played for ten minutes (GTX 680) as I haven't finished Crysis 2 yet (or 1, sigh. Thanks Steam sales and Bethesda for Skyrim... okay Oblivion I haven't finished either..)
