Help : Win 7 ultimate not load after restart from start menu

i hv HP xw series workstation..Win 7 installed..all are working but when you click
Restart from start menu..pc restarts but not loading win 7..screen black n frezzed???

But when u shutdown n press power on button win 7 loading n start well....

Win 7 not starts from restart but starts at power on only???

After installing Win7 ultimate...

Dear friend,,,i saw follwing post in a web page regarding this same issue,,is it good?

"I had the same problem with Ultimate-Win7.
i solved it with:
Booting from DVD, select repair, command line and typed in here: " bootsect.exe /n760 c: "
since I did, no problems again.
