Bitfenix Recon - Molex fans RPM readout?

Hi,

I have a Bitfenix Recon fan controller but my case fans are moles fans. If I bought a molex to 3 pin fan adapter would it work. I ask this as the recon has a feature where if it detects a fan rpm is at 0 it bleeps and will apply full power to the fan as it thinks it has failed. molex fans don't have the ability to give a RPM reading so will it be constantly bleeping or would it work like a normal fan?

Hi thanks for the speedy reply, all of the molex to 3 pin fan connectors I have seen have only 2 cables (a red and a balck, I'm assuming that these are for positive and for negetive) but the rpm pin is left blank. So the RPMs should read 0 right? If yes then wont the bleep be constant?
