which will be good for intel G2010 Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard or
ASUS P8B75-M LX Motherboard
Since it is locked so may i go with
Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2 since overclocking doesn't matters with this processor

If you go for the H61M you need make sure the MB has the newer BIOS to support Ivy Bridge CPU.

If you go for the B75, I will recommend to get the GA-B75M-D3H because you can add more RAM up to 32BG ( 4 slot ) at least.

what about performance ? since i am just gona use Just 4 GB of ram so is this really need to to be B75 ? and my processor is g2010 so its locked for O.C and will B75 increase performance since B75 is Rs 1500 More than G61

What about Graphics performance Asus have good Graphics Or Gigabyte Or both have same performance ?

The performance should be same between those MB. I don't know what GPU you will use, if you don't use the high-end GPU then you will not notice the performance difference between pcie3.0X16 (B75) and pcie2.0X16 (H61).

But again if you get the H61 ( there are 5 version) check the BIOS for the MB first. Make sure it does support IB CPU.

Of the two you suggest would go for the Asus, think the LX should meet your needs and you'll be pleased

I think you buy it online shop, go to the site to see the MB picture. Check the left upside corner of the MB. For example in the link : http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4...

If the MB is the version1.0, it does not support. http://www.gigabyte.us/support-downloads/cpu-support-po...

If it is the version 2.2, and it does. http://www.gigabyte.us/support-downloads/cpu-support-po...

Even the V2.0 does too.
