I am just about ready to place an order for these components and I just wanted to ask you guys what you think of it. Any thing I could switch around to get better performance/ save some money?

The i7 i already picked up from microcenter at that price and I want to get a ASUS maximus VI formula when that is released. (that's why I added the hero to the cart and changed its price)
I don't to exceed $2800 with my budget being $2500-$2800.
Any constructive feedback would be appreciated.
