One more thing, my cabinet has top placement for power supply, and the Corsair cx430 has fan on top, so is that okay placing it on the top?

Looks good, the G2010 is an entry-level CPU and the Radeon 6670 is an entry-level card, seems like a nice fit. I don't see any bottleneck, the 6670 isn't that powerful from the start, so you would need an older CPU to bottleneck it.
For the 6670, try to get a DDR5 version if you can. It makes a big difference in performance compared to DDR3 models. You could even get a 7750 if your budget allows it.

I have a zebronics brand 450W PSU with a single +12v rail @ 15A
I have 4gb ddr3 ram
1tb wd blue hdd
No optical drive
Do I need Corsair PSU?

Thanks guys, i eventually used the crappy PSU for a year, it was working well, but then someohow bought the corsair VS450 last year
