Good laptop for little brother?

My brother is interested in buying a laptop. He will use it for normal, everyday stuff, as well he wants to play a few games, including, Minecraft, Skyrim, and a few other games. Specs - AMD A10-4600m 1.6 ghz, Radeon 7760g, 10gb memory (lol) 1Tb 5400 rpm hard drive. That's the only specs I could get. 569.99, he can't spend more then 600. Good deal?

I can't really get that unless I plan to travel 2000 kilometers to Ontario to pick it up, as it is available as an In-Store pickup only.
