Computer keeps getting BSoD

Hey all, I just got a new processor (fx-8350) and now my computer keeps getting a BSoD at random times. I think it is because I only have a 500w power supply. Here is the latest error code I got.

Have you tried resetting your BIOS to factory defaults? It may be trying to put an overclock or something on a processor that isn't compatible with those settings. If that doesn't work try booting up in safe mode and see if you can get anything.
