Brand new AMD Radeon 7850 not working

Just as the title says. I literally just got it, I put it in the case and when I boot nothing happens. Is it DOA? How many click am I supposed to hear? Is it just supposed to click shut on the clip side or does both have to be very forcefully pushed down.

You're right! Thanks for helping me with my stupidity. I didnt see any in the screenshots or when I was looking around it...but that's because it was black and kinda blended in. Thanks mate! Now I gotta install drivers when I get back from work.
