keyboard is doing wierd things

the computer doesn't recognize any keystrokes except those that function as hotkeys, as if the windows button was stuck. However I've tried two different keyboards with the same results. HELP

Do I need to ask if you've tried restarting it yet? Also it sounds like you may have turned sticky keys on, which should also be solved by a quick restart. If that doesn't work then try booting up in safe mode and see if the problem persists.
