how does this look for the next generation games. my budget is 650. please tell me if it bottlenecks or overclocks or whatever. tell me what you think thank you.

That looks fine, I would maybe up the power supply by 100 watts and see if you can squeeze a SSD in your budget somewhere, they make a HUGE difference. Your loading times and boot times will be cut in half.

You have no patience at all my dear friend, and to all the people that want to help him, he is already overbudget at 650 do not , i repeat, do not offer a build that pass the 650 usd mark.
