That looks fine, I would maybe up the power supply by 100 watts and see if you can squeeze a SSD in your budget somewhere, they make a HUGE difference. Your loading times and boot times will be cut in half.

If you're gonna go with the 7850 get the PowerColor version its $20 cheaper for the same card
