Hey guys,
So I have a budget of $2000 and I'm having the hardest time right now picking out parts. I'd appreciate a bit of help here, I'd like to see some builds you guys come up with.
When are you purchasing the parts ? Most likely in the next few days.
What is your budget ? 1500-2000 USD (I can stretch to $2200 if needed)
What are your needs ? Gaming, video/photo editing, rendering, streaming.
Your location : USA, California
Your preferred sellers/websites : I'd like for it to be on PCPartPicker, preferably Amazon and Newegg, or whichever merchant you think is trustworthy.
Your part choices : I already have the case picked out, the NZXT Phantom 820 (Grey), feel free to try and persuade me. I'd love to have a semi-modular/modular PSU.
Do you plan to upgrade this PC ? Yes, not anytime soon though.
Do you need a OS or any other software ? Yes, I'm leaning towards Windows 8, I'm still not sure though. Again, feel free to give opinions.
Do you need any Monitor ? Yes, it'd be nice if you guys could fit a monitor in the budget.
Do you need any peripheral ? Again, it'd be nice if you could leave some room for a mouse, keyboard, and headset.
Any other notes : Well, I prefer Intel/Nvidia over AMD. I'm open to suggestions as well. I just ask you don't cheap out on any of the more important parts. I do plan to overclock as well. Plus I'd rather not go any lower than a GTX 780, unless it's SLI.
