not to improve performance, Do they need it as a requisite?

can they just be used like air coolers for example, mine has been working for years and just the dust were there to be removed along all other components

or they need to add some liquid after some time or other things?

Is this a custom looped water cooler or a pre-loped water cooler (such as the H60)

Closed water coolers such as the H60, 80 and 100 dont need any maintenance apart from the odd dust of the radiator and fans.

Look water cooler today are closed loop cooler so no way to addon any thing such as liquid and so
They even come with thick tubing to make the liquid loss the minimum through permeabilty
The coolers are expected to have a 5 year lifespan
