HELP! My Computer is stuck at splash screen!

hi!
okay so i was on my computer all good and happy, but then my mouse was playing up. I turned my pc off then on again, but once i turned it on again the computer would i think 'freeze' on my splash screen. I cant enter the bios or anything! Please help!

My mobo is a gigabyte one. If you could answer as noob friendly as possible that would be great!

How about some specs of your system? MB, CPU, GPU, Memory, OS, devices you have attached.
Do you know how to reset your BIOS to default?

Just tryed that, it didnt boot up either :(

it turns out one of my devices attached to my pc was causing the boot up to get stuck! :p

HI, I would tell to go to control panel and uninstall heavy and unnecessary programs. It's very helpful to fix problem. Avoid install different programs.

Quick question, how would they be able to do that without being able to access windows? Not being sarcastic or anything, I would really love to know
