looking to get a new motherboard

my motherboard is not very good, im looking to upgrade it before i start upgrading my other parts in my pc. What I have now is an N68-VGS3 FX asrock mb

Any suggestions on what I should get, any price point i just need some opinions? also i have an fx4100 processor, I'd like some suggestions on upgrading that

If you want to stick to Asrock, go for 990FX Extreme 4 and up. The top of the line for now is Extreme 9.

If you want to try Asus, M5A99x Pro and up.

My suggestion is Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 GEN3.
