New build, office workstation to act as a hyper-v replica server?

Hey guys need help for a build.

im building an office workstation to do all basic office needs as well as act as a hyper-v replica server. just looking for some recommendation or advice. was leaning toward an i5 or i7 but that all i have so far...

budget anywhere from $400 - 800

    You don't need the extra LAN card and make sure you get a quality case and power supply. A quality mATX case would be something like the BitFenix Prodigy. The CX 430 is decent, the Antec Earthwatts E380 or the Seasonic S12 430W would be better.

    i just added the second lan interface so the hyper-v replica would have a dedicated nic... but i do realize its not crucial

    Yeah it's definitely not crucial. Where I work only the really old systems are the ones that have dedicated NICs, the newer ones run off the motherboard.
