I've heard a lot of people like the Razer Blackwidow keyboards due to their MX Blue switches... but the newest Synapse 2.0 software I also heard is utter poop.
I've heard nothing of the Logitech one, but the Corsair K70 is well made, sturdy, and sexy as a mofo. The K70 is also getting the option of Blue or Brown switches soon, so it'll be even beastlier. Yes that's a word.
The CM Storm models are often cheaper, yet still well made mechanical keyboards. The Trigger and Rapidfire Pro I believe are the cooler looking ones.
Maxkeyboard.com has sexy, sturdy, well made keyboards with backlighting options. I'm biased with my Durandal G1NL (Browns <3).
Daskeyboard.com makes sleek, black keyboards with Blues, Browns, or Reds that are professional looking and durable. I've heard some people have used their Das keyboards as a weapon to bluntly impale another person and then proceeded to use the keyboard.
What you should do first is find out which switch you want and then go for a keyboard. Don't necessarily go for any specific brand name first. Here's a guide to mechanical keyboards to help you choose a switch:
