My screen blinks off and on (no interruption of computer function) when I deal with almost anything in full screen. Including games and video. This also happens when the login screen is up, but not on the desktop. The only exception I've found so far out of a few attempts is Skyrim, which doesn't cause the screen to blink. Saints Row 3, Dead Rising 2: Off the Record and Minecraft all do cause the blinking at full screen, no blinking when windowed.
Specs: Windows 7, 64 Bit, AMD Radeon HD 7800 series, DirectX, and drivers all up to date, all windows patches, including optional ones installed.
