Can't get 3 monitors to work.

I have 3 monitors and I would like to extend them all.

This is the graphics card I have

And these are the 2 adapters I have

One monitor I have attached via DVI, and the other 2 are DVI -> mini displayport adapters. But it is not letting me activate all 3 at once, I can only swap between activating the 2 mini displayport screens. Is there some reason why it will not allow me to activate both mini displayport screens in addition to my standard dvi one?

atleast one of your display port to DVI adapters needs to be an active adapter for 3 monitors.

ati cards only support 2 legacy display outputs at once and the third monitor requires a display port connection. the active adapter converts the display port signal to the connector you want to use.

with amd cards, one must use an active display port to DVI convertor to power the 3rd screen, in exception to owners with sapphire flex cards(as flex was designed to work without one)
