I want to change my VGA nvidia gtx460 1GB DDR5 with evaga GTX760 2GB or is it best to wait for better products

The next line of nvidia cards are rumored to come out next may but most likely only laptop (just like 7xx series) Gtx 760 2gb is a really good card, but the 2 gb isnt really neccesary because vram really only affects high res gaming 1 gb is enough for instance, a 32 inch lcd, and still get more than decent frames.
