Need help picking my grapics card for my gaming pc.

hey im building my first gaming pc and need help picking my graphics card, should i get the EVGA GeForce GTX 770 Superclocked ACX 2GB or MSI GeForce GTX 770 Gaming Edition 2GB.
these are the other components i will be getting and please say if you think i should change these. also please let me know some good monitors for around $200 and some good keyboards and mouse. thanks

From what I heard, EVGA's ACX cooler is better than MSI's.
