Well, I'm upgrading my computer to a AMD 8320 and I plan on overclocking. I currently have a 7850, one HDD, 4 case fans, and 2x4 gigs of ram. In the future I plan on adding another HDD and 7850.

I'm pretty sure 650w would be enough but I would prefer 750w for a little more headroom and future proofing. Additionally, modular is a must. I want to keep it around $90 preferably. For reference my current psu is an Antec earthwatts 380w.

I'm currently eying the Rosewill HIVE

Also, this RAIDMAX seems too good to be true

There is also this SeaSonic for $10 over budget. I know SeaSonic is the rave, however there are some disconcerning reviews on the unit.

All help is greatly appreciated and any other recommendations are welcomed.

DON'T go with the Raidmax! Check out it's placement in this list of PSU's (from recommended/good down to not recommended/replace.

You have a good PC going there, cheaping out on the PSU will put everything at risk
Beg, borrow, open a credit acct, do whatever, and get that Seasonic
Or consider this
XFX Core Edition PRO650W (P1-650S-NLB9) 650W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Made by Seasonic, enough amps on the 12v to add another 7850, 4 Pci-e connectors. $79.99 after $10 rebate.

Excellent choice, you won't be disappointed. Going to be a nice PC, especially when you get both cards running.

Kinda pricey but has a lot of features and a 5 yrs. warranty, ASUS Sabertooth. (My board, it was the warranty the impressed me).
If you aren't overclocking, stick with the stock cooler; it works well. Going to overclock, Corsair H80 or H80i or the EVO 212 (I think that's its name).
