Hi!

This is my first post at tomshardware and it's my pleasure.

There are posts here about the same problem I have. After some software installations, my PC starts up with crazily high CPU usage up to 99%. The best case is with 50% of CPU usage and the process causes this is explorer.exe

Reviewing & trying some methods throughout some groups have not given a big help:
- change some shortcut icons... I used some shortcuts to a removable drive
- use msconfig to change different startup modes

Then, I came to a Microsoft tool Debug Diagnostic Tool and dumped a file for the process at link http://www.mediafire.com/view/vexb12gh9kw49wj/Perf_Report_Date_08_03_2013_Time_12_13_08AM_62.mht

Is it possible to figure out the problem from this report? and how to fix it? I made it a full user report from the tool

I've spent several hours to come this far. Would anyone help me the next to fix this, plz?
thanks
