So, I've been trying to open '43594' all day but haven't been able to. I do know how to port forward and I have been able to open this port in the past, but for some reason I can't get it open as of now.

I went on http://www.canyouseeme.org/ and it says the connection timed out.

Do you think my ISP is blocking it? If not, could it have something to do with my router?

The router I'm using: http://support.netgear.com/product/WGR614v8

Solution
What protocol are you using? (TCP or UDP?)

What application is using this port? Since it is an uncommon port number it is possible for it to be blocked by your ISP. It is possible for your router to block that port as well. For a temporary measure place your machine inside the DMZ of your router and then test the port. If still blocked then your ISP is blocking it. If it is open then your router itself is blocking it.

Once done testing remove your device from the DMZ

Thanks for the reply.

I'm using TCP and UDP
The application using this port is a RS private server (It's somewhat similar to minecraft)

Alright, I just finished with the DMZ and I went back on to canyouseeme.org and it still says that the connection has timed out. So, does that mean the ISP (comcast) actually is blocking it? What would be the purpose of that? :??:

EDIT: Hmm, so it turns out that my ISP isn't blocking the port, but the default anti-virus program (Windows Defender) is.. I guess I'll have to look into finding a different anti virus program.

Thanks for helping!
