need help overclocking my amd cpu

hello i have an AMD Athlon 64, dual core, 6000+, 3.01ghz socket AM2 cpu that i want to try to overclock how ever im new to all this my pc is a custome built pc heres a link to the mobo i have

please help me to OC my cpu thanks od and im running 4 1 gig ddr2 stick of memory if that helps

The 6000+ is already at the top of the AM2 stack, so don't expect much headroom. I would try getting the ram to run at ddr2-800 4-4-4-12. If you can squeeze out a few more MHz on CPU or ram, you should feel lucky. You have a strong build for 6 years ago, but that CPU model is not notable for significant overclocks.
