After some homework I've decided to buy Intel® Core™ i3-3220 (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz) but still confused which board, graphics, ram, psu to go for my very casual gaming. In fact gaming will be hardcore BUT only 1 game I will be playing (warcraft III) so technically speaking its casual.

I'm having limited budget so please suggest me the best possible rig:
Motherboard:
RAM: 8 GB
PSU:
Graphics card :
Please don't suggest high end products, my budget is very much limited I'd like to build my rig as cheap as possible but not good for casual gaming.

Solution
I think a perfect match would be any GTX 760, it's powerful enough that your CPU won't be a problem for it and it's fairly cheap.

Edit : What is your budget and...do you need a mouse / keyboard and operating system?

about keyboard/mouse - it isn't big deal, I'll get it from local market.

That's what I came up with. I included the Operating system, keyboard, mouse, monitor AND speakers though. Yes I know the motherboard is OC and he is getting an i3...but. It's not too much more for a better quality motherboard with higher quality capacitors and stuff.

An i3 with a z77 board is too much overkill
A b75 asus board for 75$ is great and quality capacitors are even in this board

Yup, but in the future he might want to go quad core, and maybe even a "K" one. 20 bucks now saves him heaps in the long run.

I bought an i3 3220 and a Radeon HD 7850 and it destroyed games. But I definitely agree that you SHOULD get a Z motherboard -- if you ever upgrade, it'll cost you easily $100 more than if you spend $20 now.

I don't think I like the PSU choice though -- 600W and only 80+ Certified... Get a 450W 80+ Bronze for cheaper that'll be enough.
But take my advice with a grain of salt, I'm probably the least qualified person here on the hardware side of things.

Cheers! also, if you're interested, I can sell you my i3-3220 for like $50 or so. It's in great condition and would help you save a few bucks! :)
