Upgrading my Acer AX1420G-U5832

To get this out of the way , Im an extreme noob as far as knowing about the gaming part of pcs but im trying to be able to play Black ops 2 smoothly and so far my machine is capable of running the game at recommended settings but i ran into a problem . My graphics card sucks and i have looked at the requirements for the game and it says that i need a Radeon 4850x2 . I am buying a new tower because there is no way i can upgrade my psu for such a small tower so my question is will this card be supported by my motherboard , Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thank You !

The best power supply brands I know of are corsair, seasonic, and PC power and cooling. Any of those brands with 450 watts or greater should serve you well for many years.

I have a AMD athlon X4 3.10 Ghz Processor 4GB Ram , and 220Watt Psu . That's another thing to i have looked up some info about this and i understand that you dont want to go cheap with the psu or tower but im not familiar with the decent brands for either one do you also know of any good brands ? and how will i know how many watts to get for my psu ? Thank you for answering my question , I appreciate it alot .
