I just wanted to know if a USB 3.0 hub could provide enough power to run a keyboard mouse and headset?

As long as it comes with it's own power supply, yes. But you can save some money and get an usb 2.0 hub, because a mouse, keyboard and headset don't need the usb 3.0 speed.
