I am re-building my pc for gaming (no intention to OC at all). My budget now is limited to 700€. I plan to reuse seagate sata 2 500GB HDD, PSU NOX AT-600P12P and GTX 275 as secondary card for physX.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz
Motherboard: ASRock B75 PRO3
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 CL9
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 SC w/ ACX Cooler 2GB

what do you think about it?
