HELP PLZ - Booting problems with PC

Hi. Recently i`ve change my PC to:

MB: Asus Z87-A
CPU: i5 4670K
CPU Cooler: standard; given w/ CPU
GPU: Asus GF 780 GTX
RAM: Crucial 2x8GB 1600MHz CL8 in XMP mode
PSU: OCZ ZT-750W
Case: Cooler Master

from the beginnig i have problems with starting it up. After pressing power button PC starts normally but never boots. CPU red led light flashes indicating that there is something wrong with CPU. Then i turning off my PC. After few times it starts up and it giving me message: OVERCLOcKING FAILED....press F1 to go to BIOS.
I`m setting BIOS to default....and still have the same problem. Each part was tested on different MBs and works fine..... lol... HELP PLZ!!!!!! Dont know what to do. I`ve updated my bios to 1207... still the same. Ppl from the shop gave my new motherboard...still the same problem occurs..... :(

Is it possible that z87-a doesnt support memory i menitioned before?

Finally when it starts....loads up OS... it runs fine...w/o any problems.... last time i did hardcore gaming for 4 days...no prob. at all.

Or8 m8....thx. i will try that. I`ve load DEFAULT setting.... tried 3 times...runs ok. One thing i forgot to mention is taht when i get to BIOS screen MB shows me that memory is actually 1333MHz w/ CL9. After loading XMP settings i get 1600 w/ CL8

hm....thing is that even w/o XMP turn on it was still showing overclocking failure...lol.

I`ve only found few things that u told me to disable. im not able to disable CPU C3 & C6 State support. Its just information...i couldnt find Enhance Halt State. Do i need to install AI SUITE 3 or something to turn them off?

Hm...VCCSA Voltage? is that CPU CORE Voltage? yeah...i know...lol but i had a very long break from that kind of stuff and i feel little bit rusty :(
Do I have to change other things as well? like PCH CORE VOLTAGE - mine is 1,066v [AUTO] now
PCH VLX VOLTAGE 1,500 [AUTO]

What about things like:

ErP Ready ? its set on DISABLE or RESTORE AC POWER LOSS - set on [POWER OFF] ?

I dont wanna buy another MB or MEMORY... :(

hm...i tried to find something similar to that but i couldn`t :( does z87-a mb have something like that? i know basics...but rest is magic for me now. Thank You for help btw... :)

Ha! LoL....thx all ppl that tried to help me with me problem.... nothing worked except for one: changing MB for MSI Z87M Gaming G45. I think there is a problem with ASUS Z87A MB Bios. Even after flashing got the same problem. I bought new motherboard and everything works fine... FOKING ASUS CRAP....sorry for inappropriate language but i`ve to buy another MB..... I think Bios chipset is damaged or something and cant be repaired with normal flashing. Graphics card works brilliant thou.... MB not so much. Hope they going to give me money back.
