I am looking to purchase a GPU that fits my mobo, seeing the mobo was free. It does not have a PCI express 3.0 x 16 slot, so i have a little trouble finding an entry level card for it. I came across this card and was hoping it fit a regular PCI slot

The mobo has two PCI slots, 1 PCI Express x16, and 1 PCI Express 1

Thanks for your time!

ANY modern card would fit that motherboard, lets say you put in a gpu with pci-e 3.0 in a pci-e 1.0 motherboard, the card will just run at 1.0, meaning you will lose some performence.

for some reason i cant find on google exactly how much diffrence in terms of performence between 1.0 and 2.0, but iam pretty certain that with the 7790, you would lose less then 10% of performence, so you can get that gpu. ( not 100% about diffrences in performence though, so wait for another comment.)
