I think my PSU is broken!

I am on my gf's PC, and it randomly starts getting really loud. I open the case and I hear the PSU is really loud, even though the system isnt hot. It does it when its idle or when underload, but its completely random. The model number on the PSU is l250ns-00 . It is one of those small premade systems she got from dell.com. Does anyone know if this is fixable without having to buy a new PSu? Thank you for the help

Thanks for the link, is this common for a psu to die out so quickly? It's a little over a year old.
  3. The optiplex 755 I bought for my mother a few years ago . had the PSU die after 14 months. They are cheap PSU's.

Thank you for the reply, I watched the video. In the video it sounds almost "airy". My gfs pc sounds a lot more harsh, very very loud. I put my ear to the tower and it seems to be coming from the psu.
