maybe you should get a lower cpu (maybe not if your not just gaming that needs all the cores and using microsoft)like a FX 4100, or FX 6100 because all you really need is 4-6 cores if your multitasking microsoft apps, get a better psu, stick with 8 GB of ram, and maybe a lower motherboard as well. Im not sure if a GT 610 is enough to play any game.
 
This build is the best for your needs. The new Integrated Iris graphics in the Haswell i7 is more powerful than the 610 and would play Arma 2 easily, so get this build it is very good for your needs. It is much better and more powerful and has a elegant looking case with very good parts. So this is a definite buy for the price.
