making recovery media error message

every time i try to create recovery discs on disc 2 i get an error message
Failed to read the following file:
D:\zzimages\zzimages\install22.swm

does anyone know what this means or how to correct it

Is this on a Toshiba?
If so, the following may be of help:

One solution was to uncheck the "Verify" option on the first age of Recovery Disk Creator.

What good is making a backup if you cannot rely on it for restoration later?

Good way to make after market sales on the Recovery Media I guess... (and extended warranties if past the first 12 months).
