Defragmentation can be run on a schedule.

Delete recent can be done using a login script that only culls stuff that is older than 3 to 14 days.

MemTest every 90 to 180 days and on any BSoD.

Most IT Administration stuff is 100% automatic these days; God bless Software Engineers.

Task Scheduler allows you to run Defrag on a schedule.

But on a scale of 150 computers I would really hope you have Group Policy in place and therefor you can just push scripts or scheduled tasks via GPO.

What kind of environment do you run?

Assuming you are running AD.. you can apply group policy then

If they want you to go and touch each system individually that is a waste of everyone's time.

Have you had any training in Group Policy management? If not then speak to the system admin who does.

i had the training ,,, but the problem is in their ISA their using software call "cario". so due to that any gpo won't effect.

Maintaining 150+ PC's without being able to use GPO?

Why does the Cario software prevent any GPOs from taking effect?

Please correct me if I am wrong but this is just software for tracking notes. Essentially a professional brainstorming program.

I don't see where GPOs are defined null&void because the use of this software. You can still restrict the program indirectly.
