Odor Removal or Masking

I just received a new(er) PSU and Nvidia 550 from a family friend. He is a smoker and I guess he smokes at his PC. He cleaned the units pretty well, but there is still a bit of cigarette smell coming out. I can't find more dust, so is there any way to mask the odor? Being an ex-smoker, it's making me sick.

That's what I was thinking. I'll have to take it out and remove my dust screen. Thanks. Is it a problem to leave it running in BIOS? My HDD and OS are on their way.
