So computer runs fine idling while nothing is up even actively playing a game. As soon as I idle without mouse usage while playing a game or watching a movie after a few min my gpu power usage starts to spike to 100% usage and stay, but as soon as I move the mouse it goes back down.
I am using a nvidia gtx 670 and 314.22 drivers.
