first pc build help! (gaming)

hey guys im new to the thread and completely new to pc building. I wont buy the parts and build the actual thing til around November or December so things are subject to change. I need most help on finding a good motherboard.

cpu- amd fx-8350 (black edition?)
mobo-? maybe an asus crosshair v formula? kinda expensive and i only want 2 way sli
psu- corsair builder series 600w
gpu-evga gtx 760 sc with acx cooling
ram- G. skill ripjaws x series 8gb (2x4gb)
cooling- corsair hydro series 100i
case-nzxt phantom 410 (all black with usb 3.0)
hdd-1TB WD blue

try to keep mb prices under $200

I've enjoyed the ASUS ROG boards ... currently have the Crosshair V Formula Z , nice BIOS , looks classy ... go for it! :wahoo:
