best linux for old laptop

Hi Guys

I have a old asus z91e
Spec:
1.5ghz intel celeron M
1gb Ram
OK graphics
Crappy Battery life

What linux should i use as i want one that is power efficient but awesome with a lot of new feature BTW i which to avoid ubuntu and lubuntu
