that MB is a very low end MB. and you want to OC a high end processor with a stock cooler. you'll need to cool your VRM too, because they are only 4+1. stock coolers arent very efficent in OC. seems like a bad idea.

If i got a aftermarket cooler could i get it up to 4.0 ghz maybe?
try with the stock cooler and see what temperatures you get (below 80 degrees C in full load) if it is above 80, you'll need a better cooler. also a good ventilation in your case.
