Solution

There isn't a exact timer on your setup telling you how long it will last....
Even the same type of setup may break down at different times

For a system using two GeForce GTX 760 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 700 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 50 Amps or greater and that has at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

cool so it seems that everyone pretty much got the solution so i will give the solution to whoever can answer this question first.
how long will my set up last and would you prefer a diff component than i have? this is a personal opinion question but if you would choose something please tell why. it has to stay in the $1000-$1100ish budget

No - the cx600 is not enough for 2 - 760's in SLI.. You might be able to do
it with a good quality 650, but you should probably go at least the 700w route,
I assume with that kind of rig you are going to OC.

The cx600 has 46 +12v amps, as ko888 mentioned above you need 50 +12v amps
to SLI without OC. Most 650's have 54 +12v amps, you need alittle more to SLI & OC.

Hi again - no one can tell you how long the sys will last. If you drop the cx600 and
go at least enthusiast or prof level PSU, then that sys should last at least 5 yrs.

A quality 550w PSU fron Seasonic, XFX, Corsair TX or HX series, Rosewill Capstone series,
if you are going to stay with 1 gtx 760, go to 750w of these brands if you are going to
SLI two 760's.
